Foreman scrapes every London borough's planning register from planit.org.uk, then scores each application for housing relevance — is this actually about building or changing homes, not a satellite dish or a tree preservation order. Foundations is the slice that clears that bar: application type and size, decision and timing, dwelling counts, consultation activity (comments, documents, statutory notice days), agent and case officer, and location.
